✅ Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product received.

Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

Customized / made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

✅ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

✅ Exchanges

The product will be exchanged if the wrong size is sent.

Refunds are provided only for damaged items.
